No. 32/3, Manchanahalli, Guest Line–Manchanahalli Road, next to Attibele Industrial Area, Bengaluru – 562107, Karnataka, India. In this policy, “MtecD”, “we” and “us” mean MtecD Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

02What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic website statistics:

Request a Quote form: contact name, company name, phone number, email, enquiry details, and any files you attach (drawings, 3D models, NDA).
Emails and calls: whatever you share when you contact us directly.
Website statistics: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate country/city, collected through cookies by tools such as Google Analytics. This does not tell us who you are.

03Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
To review your drawings and discuss manufacturing.
To send or sign an NDA when you ask.
To keep records of enquiries, quotations and orders.
To understand how visitors use the website and improve it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

04Your drawings and documents

Drawings, models and documents you send are treated as confidential. They are used only to quote and manufacture your parts, shared only with MtecD staff who need them, and handled under any NDA signed between us. Your drawings remain your property.

05Who we share it with

We share information only when needed:

Service providers who run our website, email and IT systems.
Approved partners for a process you have asked for (for example, surface treatment), and only the details they need.
Government or legal authorities when the law requires it.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as needed for business, quality (ISO 9001) and legal requirements. If no order follows, you can ask us to delete your enquiry and drawings at any time.

07How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures, including access controls, secure systems and limited staff access. No website or email system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@mtecd.com. We will reply within a reasonable time, in line with Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work.
